Your boss route in Season 14 should begin with the item your build is missing, not the toughest encounter you can enter. Harbinger of Hatred can drop Temerity, Tal Rasha's Iridescent Loop, Sepazontec, and several Warlock items. Bloodied Butcher is worth the Infernal-style grind if you're after The Butcher's Cleaver, Ramaladni's Magnum Opus, Scoundrel's Kiss, or Azure-adjacent weapon options. Astaroth and Bartuc are different: they're tied to Escalating Nightmares and Infernal Hordes, so they make more sense when you already enjoy those activities.
Belial is the flexible choice because you can select a boss loot pool when opening his Hoard. That's great when you still want a named Unique but also care about Mythic drops. Corrupted Reaper serves a different job. It's the high-end place for Mythic-quality hunting and Pandemonium Fragments, not a shortcut for every missing item. Keep your clears reliable, stack the resistance needed for the fight, and spend premium access with a plan.
